TezTruck.com provides Vendor with a listing on the Vendor Marketplace, subject to approval by TezTruck LLC. TezTruck LLC reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
Vendor agrees to: provide accurate and truthful information; maintain all required licenses and certifications; respond promptly to inquiries; notify TezTruck LLC of any changes to service offerings, pricing, or contact information; conduct business in a professional and lawful manner.
Vendor shall not include false, misleading, or deceptive claims; content infringing third-party intellectual property; defamatory or unlawful content; or disparaging references to competitors.
Vendor listing is currently available as a Free Listing at no charge. TezTruck LLC reserves the right to introduce paid listing plans upon 30 days notice. All fees, if applicable, are non-refundable except as required by law.
TezTruck LLC does not guarantee any specific volume of leads or business generated through a listing. Results depend on user activity and other factors beyond TezTruck LLC's control.
TezTruck LLC acts solely as a marketplace aggregator. TezTruck LLC is not a party to any transaction between Vendor and a customer, does not endorse any Vendor, and makes no representations about the quality of Vendor's services.
Vendors may be subject to user reviews. Vendor agrees not to manipulate or fabricate reviews. Disputes may be submitted to legal@teztruck.com; TezTruck LLC has sole discretion regarding review moderation.
Either party may terminate upon 7 days written notice. TezTruck LLC may immediately suspend a listing for Agreement violations. No refunds of paid fees for the current billing period.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as provided in the Platform's Terms of Service.
