By accessing or using TezTruck.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TezTruck LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming.
TezTruck.com is an online marketplace connecting trucking companies, owner-operators, CDL drivers, and vendors. The Platform facilitates access to: (a) a database of CDL-licensed drivers; (b) truck listings for sale or lease-to-own; (c) business formation and regulatory filing services; (d) a directory of third-party vendors; (e) safety, compliance, and vehicle registration services; and (f) a job board for CDL drivers.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work or conduct business in the United States. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You may register using Google or other supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@teztruck.com of any unauthorized use.
TezTruck LLC acts as an aggregator and referral platform for certain services, including insurance. TezTruck.com is NOT a licensed insurance broker, agent, or underwriter. We connect users with third-party providers who are independently licensed and responsible for their services. For business formation services, we facilitate document preparation and submission — we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Access to the CDL driver database is provided exclusively for employment and hiring purposes. Subscribers agree to: use driver contact information solely for employment purposes; not resell or share driver data with any third party; comply with all applicable federal and state employment laws including DPPA and FCRA. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.
Sellers and lessors listing trucks are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. TezTruck LLC makes no representations regarding vehicle condition, safety, legal status, or value. All transactions are directly between buyers/lessees and sellers/lessors.
Subscription fees for Driver Access are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Service fees for business formation, DOT filings, and vehicle registration are collected at order submission. Refunds may be issued if we are unable to complete the requested service, at our sole discretion.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TEZTRUCK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEZTRUCK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive any right to class action litigation.
