1. Introduction

TezTruck LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates TezTruck.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account registration: name, phone, email, Google/Telegram ID
Driver profiles: CDL class, endorsements, experience, CDL photo, Medical card
Business formation orders: business name, owner information, state of formation
Truck listings: vehicle details and photos
Payment information: processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, clicks

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Platform
To process transactions and send confirmations
To provide CDL driver database access to authorized subscribers
To communicate about your account and orders
To send notifications via email and Telegram
To detect and prevent fraud
To comply with legal obligations

4. Driver Data — DPPA Compliance

Driver personal information is governed by the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), 18 U.S.C. § 2721. We collect and use this information exclusively for employment-related purposes. We do not sell, rent, or disclose driver personal information for marketing purposes or any purpose not permitted under the DPPA.

5. FCRA Notice

If information from this Platform is used for employment screening, such use is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Employers must comply with all applicable FCRA requirements. TezTruck LLC is not a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined by the FCRA.

6. Data Sharing

We share information with: (a) subscribers holding active Driver Access subscriptions, subject to the Driver Data Usage Agreement; (b) trusted service providers including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Telegram; (c) law enforcement when required by law.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain login sessions and analyze Platform traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. A cookie consent banner is displayed on first visit.

8. Data Retention

Account data: retained while active and 2 years after closure
Driver profiles: retained while active and 1 year after deactivation
Order records: retained 7 years for legal and tax compliance
Payment records: per Stripe's retention policy

9. Your Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). Contact legal@teztruck.com to exercise these rights.

10. Security

We implement TLS encryption, Supabase Row Level Security, signed URLs for document access, and Cloudflare protection. No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
