We do not provide insurance coverage of any kind. Our role with respect to insurance services is strictly that of an information aggregator and referral service. Any insurance quotation, coverage, or contract you obtain through a referral from this Platform is between you and the third-party insurance provider. TezTruck LLC is not a party to any such contract.
TezTruck LLC provides business formation and regulatory filing facilitation services. These are document preparation and submission services only. They do not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed. TezTruck LLC does not endorse any listed vendor and makes no representations regarding the quality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of any vendor's services. Driver profiles and contact information are self-reported by drivers. TezTruck LLC does not independently verify driving records, criminal history, or employment history beyond confirming that a CDL image has been uploaded. Employers are responsible for conducting their own background checks in compliance with applicable law.
TezTruck LLC assists with preparation and submission of regulatory filings including FMCSA MC/DOT applications and state business entity registrations. Government agencies have sole authority to approve or deny filings. Government filing fees paid to agencies are non-refundable regardless of outcome. Our service fees cover preparation and submission only.
TezTruck LLC makes no guarantee that use of the Platform will result in successful hiring, business formation, regulatory approval, or any other specific outcome.
